Опыт реализации сетецентрической системы управления с использованием ГИС «Оператор»
Описываются работы, которые ведутся в КБ "Панорама" по реализации элементов сетецентрической системы управления с использованием ГИС военного назначения "Оператор" и ГИС Сервер. Эти работы осуществляются совместно с высшими военными учебными заведениями
и промышленными предприятиями России, Белоруссии и Украины. Проверка технических решений выполняется в ходе учений и тренировок.

The works being conducted at the PANORAMA Design Bureau to implement elements of the network-centric control system based on the military "Operator (Operator)" and Server GISes, are described. These works are fulfilled in cooperation with the higher educational establishments and industrial enterprises of Russia, Byelorussia and the Ukraine. The technical solutions are being verified during maneuvers and training exercises.
