Геометрическая коррекция данных со спутника QUICKBIRD
Точность космических снимков может быть повышена за счет их геометрической коррекции, которая выполняется как поставщиками данных, так и пользователями. Приводятся типы снимков со спутника QUICKBIRD, предлагаемые компанией DigitalGlobe и ее дилерами, с
различным уровнями предварительной обработки и возможности их последующей геометрической коррекции. Рассмотрен метод геометрической коррекции данных с использованием файла RPC и результаты его тестирования. Дается гипотетическое ранжирование других методов
геометрической коррекции.

It is possible to improve space imagery accuracy by its correction for geometric distortions. Both data suppliers and data users can fulfill this correction. The article introduces all the types of the QUICKBIRD images offered by the DigitalGlobe and its dealers with the different levels of preprocessing as well as the possibilities of this data subsequent correction for geometric distortions. A description is detail is given for both the geometrical correction technique based on the RPC files and this technique testing results. A hypothetical ranging is also given for the other data correction techniques aimed at the geometric distortion elimination.
